Disable user
Turn off Login enabled for a user; data and enrollments stay.

Sets Login enabled to off. The user cannot sign in, and the account keeps its data, enrollments and training history until an admin turns it on or deletes it. While disabled, the user is not enrolled on group courses. Managers can disable only users in their own groups. This tool never deletes an account. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
