List Arena tournaments
List recently active, running and upcoming Arena tournaments from the Lichess schedule.

Returns each tournament with its ID, name, creator, clock, length in minutes, rated flag, variant, player count and start time, grouped as upcoming, started and finished. Use it to avoid creating a duplicate. It reads only.
