List campaigns
Your team's campaigns with title, state, sender and number of emails in the sequence.

Lists the campaigns of your Mailshake team, 100 to a page. is_paused and is_archived show the state; an archived campaign has to be unarchived in the Mailshake app before most other tools work on it. Pass next_token back to get the next page; it is null on the last page. Use id as campaign_id in the other tools.
