List action items
Action items assigned to you across all conversations, or all items of one conversation.

Without conversation_id, returns the items assigned to you across all your conversations, the same set as the Action Items tab, each with the conversation it came from. With conversation_id, returns every item of that conversation with its assignee. Status filters open or completed items. Pass next_cursor back as cursor for the next page.
