List workflow cards
Cards of a People workflow that are ready or snoozed, with person, step and assignee.

Returns the cards behind the Ready filter of a workflow, or its Snoozed option. Each card has the person, the current step and the assignee. Use card_id with complete_workflow_step and snooze_workflow_card.
