List keywords
Opt-in keywords from Acquisition > Keywords, with their reply.

Returns each keyword on the Keywords page with its reply text and coupon, if the reply includes one. Check it before create_keyword: every plan can use keywords, and more than two need the Growth, Professional or Enterprise plan.
