Get shipping rates
Shipping options and delivery windows for a recipient and items.

Returns every rate with name, price, currency and the delivery window in days. Country is always required, and state is required for US, Australia and Canada. Call it right before placing an order. The rates can differ from the cost estimate unless shipping settings are enabled for the store.
