Deny a request
Deny an absence request, shift booking, swap or unassignment request.

write Confirm
Denies the request and removes it from Needs Approval; the schedule stays as it was. For swaps and unassignment requests, Quinyx shows your comment to the employee in the Qmail they receive and records it in the audit log. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
