List issue options
Issue statuses, priorities and time-entry activities of the instance, with IDs.
MCP tool redmine_read → list_issue_options
read
Returns the statuses (with whether each counts as closed), the priorities and the time-entry activities defined on the instance, each with its ID and whether it is the default. Use these IDs in create_issue, update_issue and log_time. Names and IDs differ per instance.
