Tag note
Add or remove a tag on a bullet.

write
Adds a tag to a bullet, or removes it when remove is true. The tag has to exist in your knowledge base already; the call fails with the tag name instead of creating a new one. It changes only your own notes and is undone by calling it again with remove set the other way, so it does not ask first.
Parameters
