List campaigns
Campaigns of the account, sent and scheduled, with recipients and send time.

Reads the Campaigns page: name, the list or segment it goes to, the number of recipients, the send time and whether it is scheduled or sent. Use it before schedule_campaign to avoid a second campaign to the same list on the same day.
