Get a gallery
Read the settings of one gallery: title, description, visibility, access, password hint and link.

read
Returns the settings you see under Settings in the gallery: title, description, visibility, who has access, the password hint if a password is set, whether a guest upload key is set, and the gallery link. It never returns a password. Use it to check a gallery before you change who can see it.
