List store items
Stream Store items with type, cost in points, quantity, cooldowns and whether they are on.
MCP tool streamelements_read → list_store_items

Returns the items of your Stream Store. Type is Stream Perk, Sound Effect or Access-Code List. Cost is in your loyalty points. Quantity is what is left to redeem. Pass item_id to update_store_item. Needs the Loyalty System, which YouTube accounts do not have.
