Returns videos from your library, newest first, with title, tags, privacy, folder and caption languages. Narrow it with a folder or a tag. Each call returns one page; pass the cursor to continue. It sees what your account sees, so a team member sees the Team library only with access.
Parameters

| tag string | string | Only videos with this tag. |
| folder_id string | string | Folder ID from list_folders. Omit for the whole library; 'none' for videos in no folder. |
| cursor string | string | Next page cursor from the previous call. |
