List activities
Comments, meetings and tasks logged on a candidate or a job, with who added them and when.
MCP tool vincere_read → list_activities

Returns the Activities tab of one record: comments, meetings and tasks with the Action, the notes, the person who logged them and the time. Pass candidate_id or job_id, one of the two. Read it before add_comment so a call is not logged twice.
Parameters
