Create signature request from template
Creates a draft signature request from an Active template.
MCP tool yousign_write → create_signature_request
write
Returns the draft with its ID, signers and filled fields. It fails when a placeholder role has no signer or a Read-only Text field is still empty. The draft reaches no one: signers are emailed only when you call send_signature_request, so this tool does not ask for confirmation.
Parameters

| template_id string required | string | Template ID from list_templates. The template must be Active. |
| name string | string | Name of the request. Leave out to use the template name. |
| signers array required | array | One object per placeholder signer: role (the role name in the template), first_name, last_name, email. |
| text_fields object | object | Values for the empty Read-only Text fields of the template, keyed by field name. |
