Fix low quality score listings on Property Finder
An agent aiming for the SuperAgent badge needs an average quality score above 85 percent, and a few weak or stale listings pull the average down. Finding them means opening listings one by one in PF Expert.
Cotlet does it in your own Property Finder account with list_listings, get_listing, update_listing and unpublish_listing, called by your AI agent, an n8n workflow or a script.

Can Property Finder do this on its own?
PF Expert shows quality scores, offers AI title and description suggestions and tracks SuperAgent eligibility on a dashboard (checked 12 Oct 2026). It does not fix listings in bulk to your rules, and edits through code are limited to approved PFDN partner software.
By hand
How you do it in Property Finder today
- Open the SuperAgent Dashboard in PF Expert to check eligibility, performance metrics and alerts.
- Go through the live listings and note every one under the bar, then open each to see what is thin: description, photos, permit, details.
- Edit the listing in PF Expert, using the AI title and description suggestions if you want, and save; or unpublish it if the unit is no longer available.
- Watch for blacklisted listings as well, since more than two in a 60-day cycle also costs the SuperAgent badge.
- The pain is scale and timing: the badge is reviewed monthly, and weak listings are found only when someone looks.

How to fix low quality score listings on Property Finder
Prompt
Find my live listings with a quality score under 85, tell me what each one is missing, and fix the descriptions; unpublish the ones I mark as gone. - 01
Find everything under your bar
The agent filters live listings with list_listings at your threshold, 85 by default, and sorts them by score so the weakest come first.
- 02
Diagnose each listing
For each one it opens get_listing and compares it with your better listings in the same community: description length, number of photos, missing permit number, missing size or bathrooms. It names the gap in one line per listing.
- 03
Propose concrete edits
It drafts a new description or title using what the listing already says, with views or a recent renovation named up front, and never invents features the unit does not have. Missing photos or permits come back as tasks for you, not as edits.
- 04
Apply with your OK
Each change goes through update_listing only after you approve it, and the agent reports the new score PF Expert returns. A listing that did not improve is flagged rather than edited again.
- 05
Take down what is gone
Units you mark as sold or let are taken off the portal with unpublish_listing, one per call, so stale listings stop counting against you and their past leads stay in PF Expert.
What you get back
Example data
41 live listings, 7 under 85
JLT studio (64): 2 photos, description 18 words. New description approved, score now 79; needs 6 more photos
Business Bay 1BR (71): no size, no bathrooms. Added 720 sq ft and 1 bathroom, score now 86
Marina 3BR (78): Trakheesi permit missing, left for you
Al Furjan villa (69): marked let, unpublished
Average across live listings: 83 before, 87 after Other ways to ask
- Only list what is wrong with my listings under 70, change nothing.
- Every Friday, check Sara Khan's listings and send her the ones under 85 with suggested fixes.
- Unpublish every live rental I have not updated in 60 days, after showing me the list.
Before you automate it
What Property Finder allows, and what to know first
- Property Finder's SuperAgent program requires a verified profile, at least 5 active listings and an average quality score above 85 percent, refreshed every month.
- More than two blacklisted listings in a 60-day cycle makes an agent ineligible for SuperAgent, so stale or flagged listings cost more than their own ranking.
- Verified listings on Property Finder expire: 45 days for residential rentals, 90 days for residential sales and commercial rentals, 180 days for commercial sales, and can be re-submitted while documents are valid.
- Property Finder's Quality Control Team may delay a verification request when the uploaded images are not high quality.
update_listing and unpublish_listing ask for your OK by default. To run it on a schedule without you, switch confirmation off for those tools in your dashboard.
