Review Quora Space submissions against your Space rules

1. Turn submissions on in the Space Settings under Submissions with "Anyone can submit content"; the Rules field there is what submitters see behind the "i" icon in the editor.
2. Click the Inbox icon on the Space home page, or open the Submissions tab in the Admin Dashboard, to see what is pending.
3. The Submissions tab opens on the filtered view; switch to all or to suspected spam to see what Quora's spam filter held back.
4. Click Approve to post a submission, the clock icon to queue it, or Pass to remove it; Undo reverts either decision.
5. Each submission is read against rules that live in your head. Duplicates, off-topic links and new accounts that turn spammy later look alike at a glance, and anything left 14 days is declined.

Every morning, read the submissions waiting in Freelance Finance, approve or queue the ones that fit the Space rules, and list the rest for me with a reason.

   Confirm you can moderate

   list_my_spaces must show owner, admin or moderator for the Space. With any other role the agent stops, since contributors and followers have no Submissions tab.

   Read each one against your rules

   Every item from list_space_submissions is compared with the rules you gave the agent: topic, sources, no sales or affiliate links. When one fails, the agent quotes the sentence that breaks the rule instead of a vague no.

   Group repeat senders

   Several items from one author on the same day, or the same link in new wording, are grouped and flagged as a possible block. The agent never blocks anyone; that stays with you in Quora.

   Approve, queue or leave pending

   Clear fits are approved when the Space is quiet and queued when several are ready at once, so they do not land together. Borderline items stay pending for you, in line with Quora's advice to reject when unsure.

   Pass silently, or hand it back

   A pass through review_space_submission removes the item without a note. When the author deserves an explanation, the agent leaves the item and suggests a pass reason you can send in Quora, which does reach them.

Approved 2 after your OK: "Invoice template for freelancers" (Ana Lopez), "Late fee wording clients accept" (Tom Becker).
Queued 1: "Quarterly tax calendar" (Priya Nair), to follow the two approvals.
Passed 3: two posts linking the same course sales page and one crypto post.
Left for you: Mark Lee's post fits but has no source link, which your rules require; suggested pass reason included.
Left for you: "My first year freelancing" is a good story with no finance tip, and your rules do not cover it.

• Quora Spaces accept no submissions by default; an owner or admin turns them on under Submissions in Settings, where the allowed submission types can also be limited.
• Quora notifies the submitter when a submission is approved, but not when it is passed, unless the Space team adds a reason for passing.
• Quora declines Space submissions that are not posted within 14 days, a window the Space can change in its settings.
• Quora warns the Space team when a submission duplicates a post already in the Space and leaves the approve or pass decision to them.
• Quora notes that the submissions a Space accepted most recently are what prospective followers see first, and that many of the best Spaces reject most of what they receive.

review_space_submission asks for your OK by default. To run it daily without you, switch confirmation off for that tool in your dashboard.
