Add domain
Add a domain to a group with its default search settings.

Returns the new domain with its ID. A group that does not exist fails with GROUP_NOT_FOUND; create the group in AccuRanker first. It adds no keywords, reaches no one and is undone by deleting the domain in the app, so it does not wait for your OK.

| display_name string | string | Label shown in your data. |
| search_engine string | string | Default search engine: Google, Bing, Baidu or YouTube. |
| country_locale string | string | Default country and language, for example United States (English). |
| location string | string | Default location; leave out for country level. |
| google_business_name string | string | Helps find local ranking data. |
| include_subdomains boolean | boolean | Count results from subdomains. |
| exact_match boolean | boolean | Count only results whose URL exactly matches the domain name. |
