Remove tags from keywords
Take static tags off keywords.
DELETE https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/accuranker/domains/{domain_id}/tags

Returns how many keywords lost a tag. The tag stays in the Tag Cloud, and a dynamic tag is skipped and listed in skipped, because AccuRanker removes dynamic tags by itself. It reaches no one and is undone with add_tags, so it does not wait for your OK.
