List appointments
Appointments with client, type, calendar, time and payment status, filtered by date, calendar, type or client.

Returns appointments newest first by default; set direction to ASC for oldest first. Canceled appointments are left out unless canceled is true or include_canceled is true. Canceled results include noShow, true when an admin marked the appointment as a no-show. Without max, Acuity returns 100. Each item carries paid, amountPaid and the intake form answers; set exclude_forms to leave the forms out and answer faster.

| last_name string | string | Only this client's last name. |
| canceled boolean | boolean | true returns canceled appointments instead of scheduled ones. Default: false. |
| include_canceled boolean | boolean | true returns scheduled and canceled together. Default: false. |
| direction enum | enum | DESC or ASC by date. Default: DESC. |
| exclude_forms boolean | boolean | true leaves intake forms out. Default: false. |
| max integer | integer | Most appointments to return. Default: 100. |
