Approve a time off request
Approve one pending time off request, with an optional message to the person.

Does what Approve and Submit Decision do on the Home page. Open to Super Admins, Admins, Team Leads, Line Managers (direct reports only) and custom approvers. Payroll Admins and members get APP_PERMISSION_DENIED. The message goes to the team member. A request that is no longer pending returns an error. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
