Tag conversation
Add or remove tags on one conversation.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/help-scout/conversations/{conversation_id}/tag

Adds the tags in add and removes the ones in remove, with the Add or remove conversation tags permission your account needs. A tag that does not exist is created by adding it, so check list_tags first. Returns the full tag list after the change. Tags reach no customer and one call undoes the change, so it does not ask for your OK.
