Get a chat
Read one chat: every message, the client details and the chat topic.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/jivochat/chats/{chat_id}
read
get_chat returns the whole conversation in the order it happened, each message with who wrote it (client, agent or bot), the text and the time. It also returns the client card the app shows next to the chat and the chat topic, if an agent set one. Files and photos come back as links, not as content.
