Create a lead
Add a lead to a pipeline stage, optionally with a contact.

Creates the lead as the New lead button does and returns its lead_id and the card URL. A Digital Pipeline trigger on the stage fires for the new lead, so it can start a Salesbot or send an email. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

| pipeline_id integer required | integer | Pipeline ID from list_pipelines. |
| stage_id integer | integer | Stage ID from list_pipelines. Default is the first stage. |
| sale integer | integer | Sale amount in the account currency. |
| responsible_user_id integer | integer | Owner of the lead. Default is you. |
| tags array | array | Tag names to add. |
| contact_name string | string | Creates and links a contact with this name. |
