Decline an incoming lead
Reject an incoming chat as spam, the Decline button in the chat.

Declines the chat as the Decline button does, which Kommo meant for spam, and returns its status. The chat leaves the Incoming leads queue and Cotlet has no call to bring it back. Nothing is sent to the sender. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
