List service plans
Services plans of a service type in a date range, in date order.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/planning-center/service-plans
read
Returns the plans of one service type from the Plans page, earliest first, with the plan id you pass to get_plan_team and send_scheduling_emails. Plans of other service types are not mixed in.

| from date | date | First plan date to include. |
| to date | date | Last plan date to include. |
