13 endpoints for Resource Guru, each at its own method and path, called with your API key. Open an endpoint for its inputs, examples and response.

Connects with: Your own Resource Guru login on your account. What your agent can do follows your permissions: creating projects and clients needs Manager or higher, adding approvers needs Administrator.

Resource Guru Endpoints: Read
Endpoint	Description
GET /resources	People, placeholders and other resources in the account.
GET /projects	Projects with their client, code and dates.
GET /clients	Clients with their IDs and notes.
GET /bookings	Bookings in a date range, filtered by person, approval state or waiting list.
GET /time-offs	Time off entries and their types.

Change the account. Calls marked Confirm wait for the user to approve them.

Endpoint	Description
POST /bookings Confirm	Book one or more resources on days, for hours per day or at a set time.
POST /resources/{resource_id}/total-hours-bookings Confirm	Book a total number of hours across a date range and let Resource Guru place them.
PATCH /bookings/{booking_id} Confirm	Change dates, hours, people, project or the tentative flag of a booking.
DELETE /bookings/{booking_id} Confirm	Remove a booking from the Schedule.
POST /bookings/{booking_id}/resolve Confirm	Approve or decline a pending booking for the people you approve.
POST /time-offs Confirm	Add vacation, a public holiday, sick leave or other time off for people.
POST /clients	Add a client to Projects & Clients.
POST /projects	Add a project, with its client, code and dates.
