Create project
Add a project, with its client, code and dates.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/resource-guru/projects
write
Returns the new project with its ID, ready for create_booking. It reaches no one and you can archive or edit it in Resource Guru, so it does not wait for your OK. Needs Manager permission or higher in Resource Guru.

| project_code string | string | Short code shown in reports. |
| client_id integer | integer | Client ID from list_clients or create_client. |
| start_date string | string | Project start, YYYY-MM-DD. |
| end_date string | string | Project end, YYYY-MM-DD. |
| default_billable boolean | boolean | True if bookings for this project default to billable. |
| notes string | string | Notes on the project. |
