Send an SMS
Sends a text message from one of your mobile numbers to a phone number.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/ringover/froms/{from_number}/sms
Sends the SMS as the Message > SMS > + New form does: from a mobile number assigned to your user, to a phone number, with your text. Ringover splits the text into 160-character fragments, bills each fragment and allows at most 8 segments. Needs a Business plan. With send_at the message is scheduled instead of sent now. It returns the message with its state; a failed message can be sent again. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
Parameters

| to_number string required | string | The recipient phone number with country code. |
