Add worked hours

Add a timesheet entry for an employee.

POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/shiftbase/employees/{employee_id}/worked-hours

write Confirm

Creates one entry in the Timesheet tab with status pending and returns its id and hours. It uses the department and shift of the employee for that day. With notify_employee set, the employee gets a message. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
