List open shifts
List open shifts that no employee holds yet.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/shiftbase/open-shifts
read
Returns the open shifts with date, times, team and the employees who applied. An empty applicants list means nobody has asked for the shift. Shifts opened by an approved absence appear here too.
