Schedule campaign
Create a text campaign for a list or segment and schedule it.

Walks Campaigns > New: names the campaign, picks the recipients, writes the text, sets Send on to Scheduled with your date and time and clicks Schedule. Returns the campaign id and the number of recipients. The text of a scheduled campaign cannot be edited afterwards, only its time or deletion. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

| segment string | string | Name of a segment of that list, from list_segments. |
| text string required | string | Message text. |
| send_at datetime required | datetime | When to send, ISO 8601 with offset. |
