Send message
Send a text to one contact, as a reply in the Inbox or as a new conversation.

write Confirm
Sends one text to a contact from the account number, in the contact's conversation. Returns the message id and its time. A sent text cannot be taken back. The agent should read the thread with get_conversation first. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
