Add a case update
Post an update to a case thread, to the customer or as an internal note.

Adds the update to the Case Updates thread. When internal is false, SuiteCRM sends an email notification to all Contacts related to the case, and a sent email cannot be recalled. Internal updates are not emailed or shown on the customer portal. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

| internal boolean | boolean | True for an Internal Update: seen only in SuiteCRM, not emailed to contacts. Defaults to false. |
