Add appraisal
Add an appraisal for an owner and a property, assigned to an appraiser with a date in their calendar.

Does what Properties > Appraisal Wizard does. Give an existing owner_contact_id, or the owner's name, email and phone so Vault can check for a duplicate. Vault adds the appointment to the appraiser's calendar. No email or SMS reminder is set. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

| starts_at datetime required | datetime | Date and time of the appraisal. |
| owner_contact_id string | string | Existing contact to attach as the owner. |
| owner_name string | string | New owner's name, when there is no owner_contact_id. |
| owner_email string | string | New owner's email. |
| owner_phone string | string | New owner's phone number. |
