List enquiries
Holding Area enquiries with source, message, property asked about and the duplicate Vault suggests.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/vaultre/enquiries
read
Returns the enquiries Vault holds from portals, your office website and QR check-ins, filtered like the Holding Area screen. status picks Awaiting review, Processed or Ignored. possible_duplicate is the contact Vault preselects as a match, with what it matched on. Pass enquiry_id to process_enquiry or ignore_enquiry.
Parameters

| status enum | enum | awaiting_review (default), processed or ignored. |
| department enum | enum | sales or leasing. Default: both. |
| since date | date | Only enquiries received on or after this date. |
| source string | string | Where the enquiry came from, e.g. 'realestate.com.au'. |
| agent string | string | Agent email. |
| property_id string | string | Only enquiries about this property. |
| limit integer | integer | Maximum enquiries to return. |
| cursor string | string | Next page cursor from the previous call. |
