List membership levels
Membership levels with their renewal type and whether applications need approval or payment.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/wild-apricot/membership-levels

Returns the levels under Members > Levels. renewal_type is Application date, Specific date or Lifetime. approval_required mirrors the setting Membership applications must be approved by administrator, payment_required mirrors Payment has to be received in full, and public mirrors Public can apply for this level.
