Duplicate form
Copy a form with all its settings, optionally under a new name.

Uses Duplicate in the form's menu in My Forms, which copies the form with all its settings, then renames the copy if you pass name. The copy counts toward your form limit. It reaches no one and you undo it by deleting the copy in the app, so it does not wait for your OK.
