List offboarding tasks
Offboarding tasks on an employee's Offboarding tab with list, assignee, due date and status.

Returns the tasks on one employee's Offboarding tab, grouped by task list, open first and then by due date. Each task shows its assignee, due date and whether it is done. Returns an empty list when offboarding was not started for that employee.
