List onboarding tasks
Onboarding tasks on an employee's Onboarding tab with list, assignee, due date and status.

Returns the tasks on one employee's Onboarding tab, grouped by task list, open first and then by due date. Each task shows who it is assigned to, its due date and whether it is done. Returns an empty list when no tasks were added yet, which is how add_task_lists callers find new hires without tasks.
