Create a constituent

Add an individual or organization, unless the same person is already there.

MCP tool bloomerang_write → create_constituent

write

Searches first. If a constituent with the same name and the same email, phone or address exists, it returns that record with created set to false and adds nothing. Otherwise it creates the record and returns its ID. It reaches no one and is undone by deleting the record in Bloomerang, so it does not wait for your OK.
