List interactions
List calls, emails and notes logged for a constituent.

read
Returns date, subject, channel and purpose for each interaction. A user without giving access does not see interactions with a giving-related purpose (Acknowledgement, PledgeReminder, Receipt, Solicitation); they are left out, not an error.

| since string | string | Only interactions on or after this date, YYYY-MM-DD. |
| cursor string | string | Next page cursor from the previous call. |
