List job submissions
Submissions on a job by stage, with candidate, status and date.

Reads the Submissions tab of one job. stage picks Submissions, Interviewing, Rejected or Confirmed; all returns the job's full history. Each row has the submission_id, the candidate, the current status and when it was created. Use submission_id in update_submission_status.
