Add user
Give a Google account access to a property as owner, full or restricted user. Owners only.

Adds a user in Settings > Users and permissions. The email must be a valid Google Account; an email group cannot be added. Permission is owner (a delegated owner), full or restricted. A property can have at most 100 non-owner users. You must be an owner of the property, or of its parent property. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
