Test live URL
Fetch a page in real time and see whether Google could index it.
MCP tool google_search_console_read → test_live_url
Runs Test live URL from the URL Inspection tool: Google fetches the page now and reports crawl, fetch and indexing-allowed results, and a screenshot link when the test succeeds. The page must be reachable from the internet without a login. The test does not check sitemaps, referring pages or canonical status, and it follows redirects without showing the final URL. Google keeps a daily limit of live inspections per property and publishes no number; the call fails with quota_exceeded when it is spent.
