List manual time requests
Manual time requests with member, project, times, reason and status.

Lists the manual time requests members submit when your organization requires approval for added time. Use status submitted for the review queue. Give start_date and stop_date together: Hubstaff matches requests whose time range overlaps those days in the organization time zone.
Parameters

| status string | string | submitted, approved or denied. |
| start_date date | date | Needs stop_date too. |
| stop_date date | date | Needs start_date too. |
| limit integer | integer | 1 to 100. Default: 50. |
| cursor string | string | Next page cursor from the previous call. |
