Create a person
Add one person to your Loxo database.

write
Creates the profile as the Add People form does and returns its person_id. Required fields that an admin set for new people apply, and a missing one fails the call with its name. Loxo can flag a duplicate after creation, so run search_people first. It creates no profile from a resume file. It reaches no one, so it does not wait for your OK by default.
