Email candidates from a job
Send one email to several candidates of a job, each as an individual message.
MCP tool loxo_write → send_email
write Confirm
Sends from the job pipeline, as the Email button does, so each email is linked to the job. Loxo sends every recipient an individual message, so they do not see each other. A person with no address of that type is skipped and listed in the response. It sends text only: no merge tags, attachments or SMS. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
Parameters
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| job_id integer required | integer | Job id, so Loxo links the email to the job. |
| person_ids array required | array | Person ids of the recipients. |
| subject string required | string | Subject line. |
| body string required | string | Plain-text message, sent as written to every recipient. |
| email_type string | string | Email type to send to, for example Personal or Work. Default: the primary email, the first listed on the record. |
