Add candidate to job
Links a candidate to a job so they show in its pipeline.

Adds the candidate to the job, like Add Candidate on the job page, and returns the match_id. A candidate who is already on the job fails with a clear error, and one candidate can be on several jobs. Use move_candidate_stage to place the match in a stage. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
